Horn of Africa Appeal
A message to you all from our kevin!
Thanks to everyone for their continued support for my work – its great to get. This week I plugged a usb cable directly in to my brain and printed out some photos of what’s currently on my mind and I am displaying them this weekend for you to view, cherish, abuse and above all purchase. I will also be donating 100% of all my sales this weekend (30-31st July) of my own pieces only! – to CONCERN to go towards the ‘Horn of Africa’ appeal. So please drop by and check them out – and bring some colour home for your space. – Kevin P.

Ed Parkinson
Ed Parkinson is a digital artist. We stock his framed prints and also his unframed mounted prints. Prices range from about 10 euro for his pack of small prints upwards depending on size obviously.
The ideas, concepts and insights he presents in his work are quite deep and spiritual. The titles of some of his pieces help give an idea of the content, which include; Cloud Angel, Mountain to Heaven, River of God, and Souls’ Journey Begins. While Ed has a particular idea in mind when he creates his art he explains the pictures are really for you. “I do have an idea of what I want to convey when I create the pictures but when you see it you may see a different idea or concept that relates to you personally. My job as an artist is to create these pictures which help you see the inner or spiritual side of your life. The pictures help confirm that your thoughts and visions are real.”
You can follow ed’s blog here also on his website you can find alot more of his work and spiritual quotations, thought for the week and news about ed’s art. You can view his full portfolio of work here also.
There are very often many different elements to Ed’s work so they are definitly worth a look in person. Design shed ireland is open every saturday and sunday and bank holiday Monday. Hope you will take a visit to see this work and the huge range of other art and handmade crafts……….. www.designshedireland.com for a location map
